By purchasing or engaging in coaching services provided by Luxury Codes LLC, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Luxury Codes LLC offers personal development coaching services designed to support clients in their personal, professional, and/or emotional growth. These services are intended for educational and inspirational purposes only. The coaching relationship is a collaborative process that requires active participation from the client.

2. No Guarantees

While every effort is made to support you in achieving your goals, Luxury Codes LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of coaching services. Each individual’s outcomes depend on their own effort, motivation, and follow-through.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Luxury Codes LLC does not offer refunds for any coaching sessions, packages, or digital products under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.

• Communicate honestly and openly.

• Take full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results during and after coaching.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without a refund or makeup session at the sole discretion of Luxury Codes LLC.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Group coaching clients are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

7. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and should not be treated as such. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, it is your responsibility to seek professional mental health services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Luxury Codes LLC—including but not limited to worksheets, frameworks, and recorded content—are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Luxury Codes LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
